Finished Aluminum is beautiful and fits in with any style. It can be sanded for a shine, or painted a wide variety of colors.

Aluminum is a lightweight metal with crisp cut edges. It is extremely durable with great longevity.

HOW BIG IS A LETTER?

Letter sizing is complicated. In most fonts, different letters have different heights, especially lowercase letters.

We size everything proportionally to an uppercase “B”. Because of this, some letters may be shorter or taller than the height you select.

These letters are both sized to 4 inches.

Description

Aluminum Letters are by far the most popular metal signs we make. The shimmer of the vertical grain on the face of the metal letter catches light and appears to glow at certain angles. Brushed metal letters fit in with any look, upscale, rustic and urban.

The metal signs look professional on any facade, and will not rust or tarnish.

For exterior signage, we recommend ordering mounting studs and template. The paper template shows the location of the studs and the proper alignment and spacing of the lettering. Mounting studs are threaded prongs that screw into the back of the letter, are coated with construction grade adhesive, and set in holes drilled into the wall. Spacers offset the metal sign letters from the surface, creating more dimension. Indoor applications can be hung with adhesive or stud mounting.
