HOW BIG IS A LETTER?

Letter sizing is complicated. In most fonts, different letters have different heights, especially lowercase letters.

We size everything proportionally to an uppercase “B”. Because of this, some letters may be shorter or taller than the height you select.

These letters are both sized to 4 inches.

Description

Steel letters with fancy finishes are pricey, so Copper Patina Metal Faced Wood Letters are an affordable alternative. This charcoal patina letter is designed exclusively for interior use and adds old-world charm with a custom design. A pop of color on the side adds dimension to these grunge-chic sign words in charcoal rust.

These grey patina sign letters combine 20 gauge Charcoal Patina mild steel on 3/8" thick MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard). Hand-painted matte acrylic paint is used to paint the sides of the wood letters in the color of your choice. This adds a nice touch to make the natural patina indoor sign stand out.

The patina process causes the finish to vary from letter to letter and order to order. While the charcoal finish has been lighted sealed with a clear coat, it may flake during shipping or handling. We recommend using such letters indoors only.

Metal Faced Letters with a Charcoal Patina don't include any mounting hardware. You can order double-sided mounting tape when placing your order. The colors on your screen may differ from those on your monitor, so we recommend ordering samples and contacting us to verify sizes.Additional shipping fees will apply to letters larger than 24".
